Downtown Squamish BIA
The DSBIA’s long term goal is to diversify the downtown economy by attracting new businesses and people to the downtown core. In short, we want to help bring more awareness and foot-traffic to our downtown businesses. The DSBIA collectively promotes and supports downtown businesses through communications, marketing campaigns and hosting events that bring people together and into our merchant’s businesses.

The District of Squamish's Economic Development team provides business intelligence to help inform the decision-making process in support of the local business community and future sector development. We manage and conduct research and provide economic development expertise to internal staff and external stakeholders. Our research work informs policy development, investment and business decisions.

This non-profit is a physical and virtual space that makes it easier for businesses to meet; to share the skills, resources and relationships that will push them even further, and cement our reputation as world leaders in the Outdoor Industry.​

WorkBC
WorkBC is a British Columbia provincial government employment support initiative that helps people find jobs, plan careers, and build skills, while also assisting employers to hire the right workers. It offers free services through a network of WorkBC Centres and an online portal, including job search support, career planning, skills assessment, training information, workshops, and one on one guidance.
