Executive Director
Kieran Hale
As a Chartered Accountant, Kieran brings a financial flair to Community Futures Howe Sound. With experience founding a small business in the UK and successfully running a Vancouver-based brewery, he brings a diverse entrepreneurial background. Kieran's commitment to community development drives his passion for fostering local growth.

Community Business Development Manager
Cam MacArthur
With two decades of experience in Business Development, and Marketing spanning various industries including CPG, Media, Finance, and Entertainment, Cam brings a wealth of expertise to the table in his role at Community Futures. Driven by a strong sense of motivation, Cam excels in building robust networks, nurturing relationships, devising innovative solutions, and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.

Hayley Clark
Specializing in SEO content and editing, Hayley has more than a decade of experience in digital marketing. She manages the website, blog, and social media channels to showcase the services on offer at Community Futures Howe Sound.

Virtual Assistant/Financial Contractor
Noelia Nievas
As Virtual Assistant and Financial Contractor at Community Futures Howe Sound, Noelia ensures accurate and efficient bookkeeping and financial operations, supporting the team’s success. Known for her organized approach, she plays a vital role in maintaining seamless processes and fostering local business growth.
Outside of work, Noelia stays active through sports and enjoys helping others, both professionally and personally.
Board Members
At the heart of Community Futures Howe Sound's success lies its autonomous Board of Directors. Comprising volunteers, typically from the business sphere, these dedicated individuals invest their time and effort to bolster entrepreneurial pursuits.

Board Chair
Grant McRadu
Grant brings an impressive 35-year career in public service, with the majority of his experience serving as a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). He started his career with the Capital Regional District and became the youngest CAO in British Columbia at the age of 29. Over the years, Grant has served several municipalities as their CAO, as well as working for one of the largest BC School Districts as their Chief Financial Officer and Secretary Treasurer. His dedication to public service extends to his involvement in numerous professional associations, including being elected Vice President of the International Association of City and County Administrators (ICMA) and serving on the National Board of the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA). Grant's exceptional contributions were recently recognized by his peers when he was awarded the Queen's Jubilee Diamond Medal.

Board Vice-Chair
Kim Devereux
Kim is the Managing Director of WPC Health, a company offering physiotherapy and clinical counselling services to businesses across Canada. He has been living in the Sea to Sky for the past 12 years, and for the last three years has been calling Pemberton home. Kim has a passion for starting businesses from the ground up and was fortunate to receive invaluable support and advice from local business leaders when starting companies. He hopes to contribute to helping others in the same way. Outside of work, life is busy chasing around two small kids and finding time to play in the mountains around Pemby.

Board Treasurer
David Low
David made the move to Whistler two years ago and has wholeheartedly embraced the mountain lifestyle. When he's not carving through powder on ski days, you'll often find him on the valley trail, chasing after his energetic trio of young kids. Before joining our team, David held executive roles in financial planning and investment analysis with several multinational corporations. His professional background includes working on substantial global projects, with a particular emphasis on the food service and hospitality sectors.​​​​

Meredith Hitchmough
Meredith owns and operates a growing retail business in Squamish. Prior to starting her own family business, she worked in a variety of capacities in both the private and public sectors throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor. Meredith is a versatile businesswoman who excels at project management, design, marketing, sales, business administration and employee development. Her enthusiasm for small businesses and her unwavering commitment to assisting local entrepreneurs are truly remarkable. Outside of work, Meredith can be found soaking up as much fresh air as possible.

Natalie Kingi
Natalie arrived in Whistler 14 years ago, initially for what was meant to be 'just a ski season,' but she fell in love with the community and decided to make it her permanent home. Natalie is deeply committed to giving back to her community and is eager to share her wealth of business knowledge to help others bring their dreams to life. With a heart for enabling and empowering others, she currently serves as the Director of Sales Enablement for a tech company and has lent her expertise to numerous projects over the years.

Jacqueline Menezes
Jacquie is the Principal of 7th Wave Consulting and brings over a decade of experience advising businesses and nonprofits across the public, private, and government sectors. A passionate advocate for local economic development, she has served on the Squamish Chamber of Commerce board, led community advocacy efforts, and contributed to strategic initiatives addressing housing, transportation, and workforce gaps. Jacquie is deeply committed to supporting entrepreneurs and fostering inclusive, resilient business communities.​

Jill Dunnigan
Jill is the owner of Extremely Canadian, a long-standing adventure company in Whistler, which she has operated for over 30 years. Her entrepreneurial background is complemented by volunteer work with organizations such as the Squamish Hospital Foundation and the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation. Jill brings a strong interest in business mentorship, HR development, and strategic planning, and is excited to connect more deeply with the Sea to Sky business community through her role on the board.
